Security arrangements ramped up in Jammu and Kashmir ahead of the visit of Army chief General Bipin Rawat. He is scheduled to visit Srinagar on Monday to review the security situation in the Valley after the abrogaion of Article 370 that gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
