धारा 144 लगने के सातवें दिन श्रीनगर की सड़कों पर ट्रैफिक की दिखी सामान्य आवाजाही, बकरीद से एक दिन पहले श्रीनगर के बाजारों में लौटी रौनक. हालात को सामान्य बनाने के लिए स्थानीय प्रशासन ने उठाए अहम कदम, घरों तक पहुंचाई जा रहीं सब्जियां, बकरीद पर खुली रहेंगी 3500 राशन की दुकानें, खुले रहेंगे बैंक. कठुआ के भागथली गांव की मस्जिद में जम्मू कश्मीर में अमन शांति के लिए दुआएं, लोगों ने लहराया तिरंगा. जम्मू के बॉर्डर इलाके में धारा 144 जारी, फोन और इंटरनेट भी बंद, लोग कर रहे हैं पाबंदी हटाने की मांग.
