The sister of an inspector killed Monday in Bulandshahr says his death was the result of a conspiracy by the police. Police inspector Subodh Kumar Singh was killed, she told, because he was investigating the brutal lynching in 2015 of Mohammad Akhlaq, in a village in Dadri.
