देश के पहले गृहमंत्री सरदार वल्लभ भाई पटेल की मूर्ति का अनावरण पीएम मोदी 31 अक्टूबर को उनके जन्म दिवस के दिन करेंगे. पटेल को समर्पित 'स्टैच्यू ऑफ यूनिटी' की नींव 2013 में मोदी ने गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री के तौर पर रखी थी. दुनिया की बड़ी इस प्रतिमा की ऊंचाई 182 मीटर है जो सरदार सरोवर बांध के तीन किलोमीटर अंदर की ओर बनाई जा रही है. पूरी तरह से लोहे की बनी लौह पुरुष की इस प्रतिमा के निर्माण के लिए देश भर से किसानों-मजदूरों से एकत्रित किया गया है.Subah Subah:  The world's tallest statue is going to be completePM Modi unveils statue of first home minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on October 31 on his birthday.
