आखिरकार दिल्ली पुलिस ने अपनी गलती सुधार ही ली. अंजलि केस की इस पुरानी एफआईआर में आईपीसी की धारा 304 को हटा कर अब नई धारा 302 जोड़ दी गई है. अंजलि केस की जांच कर रहे जांच अधिकारी इंस्पेक्टर रजनीश कुमार ने खुद ये जानकारी दी है कि एफआईआर में नई धारा 302 जोड़ दी गई है. देखें वारदात.
