हिंदुस्तान में एक पुरानी कहावत है, ग़रीबी में आटा गीला. मगर पाकिस्तान से अब एक नई कहावत आई है, गरीबी में भी बम-बम. हर चौथा पाकिस्तानी दुनिया भर के बैंकों के कर्ज तले डूबा है. इमरान खान के पास सरकार चलाने तक के लिए पैसे नहीं हैं. सराकरी बंगलों को हेटलों में तब्दील किया जा रहा है तो सरकारी गाड़ियों की नीलामी की जा रही है. मगर इस कंगाली में भी कमाल देखिए कि पाकिस्तान की बमों से मोहब्बत कम नहीं हो रही है. अमेरिका से आई एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक अगले सात साल यानी 2025 तक पाकिस्तान ब्रिटेन तक को पीछे छोड़ कर परमाणु बमों के मामले में दुनिया का पांचवां सबसे शक्तिशाली देश बन जाएगा.
