इम्फाल में छात्रों-पुलिस के बीच हिंसक झड़प, 19 पुलिस स्टेशन छोड़ पूरा मणिपुर अशांत क्षेत्र घोषित

मणिपुर में जबरदस्त विरोध प्रदर्शन चल रहा है. दो छात्रों का शव बरामद किए जाने के बाद छात्रों में गुस्सा है. इम्फाल में छात्र संगठनों के प्रदर्शन पर पुलिस ने आंसू गैस के गोले बरसाए हैं. 19 थाना क्षेत्रों को छोड़कर पूरे मणिपुर को अशांत क्षेत्र घोषित कर दिया गया है, वहीं 5 दिनों के लिए इंटरनेट बंद कर दिया गया है. ये हिंसा तब भड़की जब 17 और 20 साल के दो छात्रों का शव बरामद किया गया. देखें ये एपिसोड.
