Shaheen Bagh Bulldozer Action: शाहीन बाग में सिर्फ एक्शन, नहीं हटा अतिक्रमण!

दिल्ली के शाहीन बाग इलाके में आज अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए बुलडोजर पहुंचा. लेकिन वहां MCD को भारी विरोध का सामना भी करना पड़ा. भारी हंगामे के बीच MCD की तरफ से वहां सिर्फ खानापूर्ति की गई. MCD कर्मचारियों ने वहां सिर्फ एक बिल्डिंग के बाहर लगी लोहे की रॉड्स को हटवाया, जो वहां रेनोवेशन के काम के लिए लगी थी. शाहीन बाग में आज भारी हंगामा देखने को मिला. कुछ स्थानीय नेता और लोग वहां MCD के बुलडोजर के आगे बैठ गए थे और उन्होंने MCD और बीजेपी के खिलाफ जमकर नारेबाजी की, जिनको बाद में हटा लिया गया और कुछ को हिरासत में भी लिया गया. देखें ये एपिसोड.

Bulldozers reached Shaheen Bagh on Monday as the South Delhi Municipal Corporation pushed ahead with its anti-encroachment drive in the locality that was the hotbed of the anti-CAA stir a few years ago but it got called off. The reason for calling off the drive was protest by the locals. Apart from residents and a heavy deployment of police force, Congress workers were also present at the spot, protesting against the anti-encroachment drive by sitting on dharna and blocking the way of excavators.
