देश की राजधानी नई दिल्ली में 1984 में सिख विरोधी देंगे शुरू हो गए. अंगरक्षकों द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी की हत्या के बाद लोगों का गुस्सा सिखों के खिलाफ उबल पड़ा. और फिर दिल्ली समेत देश के कई राज्यों में सिखों के खिलाफ हिंसा होना शुरू हो गया. ये लगभग राजधानी में एक महीने तक चला. 37 साल के बाद भी निर्दोष सिखों के हत्यारों को पकड़ने में पुलिस जुटी हुई है. आरोपियों की धरपकड़ तेज हो गई. 67 आरोपियों की पहचान गई है. जिसमें से 11 की मौत हो चुकी है. एसाईटी ने 20 केसों की जांच शुरू की थी. देखें वीडियो.

Uttar Pradesh special investigation team is re-examining the crime scene of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots after nearly three decades. Crucial evidence was found by the forensic team in Kanpur. 67 Accused have been identified, out of which 11 had died. Kanpur is the worst-hit city after Delhi, with 127 killed.
