कोविड-19 की तीसरी लहर की आशंका के बीच कोरोना के खिलाफ जंग में भारत को एक और कारगर हथियार मिलने वाला है. जल्दी ही एक और संजीवनी हमारा सुरक्षा कवच बनने वाली है. हिंदुस्तान में अमेरिकी कंपनी मॉडर्ना की वैक्सीन आने वाली है और इसके इमर्जेंसी इस्तेमाल को इजाज़त भी दे दी गयी है. कोरोना की तीसरी लहर से निपटने के लिए इस बार तैयारी में कोई चूक न रह जाए इसकी हर मुमकिन की जा रही है और इन्हीं कोशिशों के बीच उम्मीद की एक और रोशनी दिखी है. इस हफ्ते अमेरिकी कंपनी मॉडर्ना की वैक्सीन भारत आ सकती है. इसे डीसीजीआई यानी ड्रग कंट्रोलर जनरल ऑफ इंडिया की हरी झंडी मिल चुकी है. मुंबई की दवा कंपनी सिप्ला को डीसीजीआई ने इमरजेंसी इस्तेमाल के लिए मॉडर्ना वैक्सीन आयात करने की अनुमति दे दी है. स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों की मानें तो कुछ ही दिनों में ये वैक्सीन भारत के अस्पतालों में पहुंच जाएगी. देखें ये वीडियो.

Amid apprehension of the covid-19 third wave, there is good news for India as Moderna's Covid-19 vaccine is expected to reach India this week. Moderna will be the first US-made vaccine to come to India. Hence, all eyes are on the technicalities as this will pave the way for other foreign vaccine manufacturers to come to India. Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) has given a green signal to the approval. Mumbai-based pharmaceutical company Cipla has been allowed by DCGI to import Moderna Vaccine for emergency use. According to the officials of the Health Department, in a few days, this vaccine will reach the hospitals of India. Watch this video.
