गुरु पूर्णिमा और धम्म चक्र दिवस के मौके पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देश के नाम संबोधन दिया और देशवासियों को बधाई दी. पीएम मोदी ने बताया कि आज के ही दिन भगवान बुद्ध ने बुद्धत्व की प्राप्ति के बाद अपना पहला ज्ञान संसार को दिया था. पीएम ने कहा कि जहां ज्ञान है, वहीं पूर्णता है, वही पूर्णिमा है. सारनाथ का जिक्र करते हुए पीएम ने कहा कि यहीं पर बुद्ध ने अपने पूरे जीवन का सूत्र बताया था. देखें प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने भाषण में और क्या कहा.
