Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday paid tribute to the ‘Iron man of India’ Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his birth anniversary, marked by the ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas’. On this occasion, a parade, named Ekta Diwas Parade, by Central Armed Police Forces and the Gujarat police was organised in PM Modi's presence. PM Modi took the parade salute.
