भीमा कोरेगांव हिंसा मामले में हुई वामपंथी विचारकों की गिरफ्तारियों पर रोक लगाते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकार को कड़ी फटकार लगाई है. सुनवाई के समय जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि असहमित लोकतंत्र का सेफ्टी वॉल्व है. यदि प्रेशर कुकर में सेफ्टी वॉल्व नहीं होगा तो वो फट सकता है. बता दें कि भीमा कोरेगांव हिंसा मामले में पुलिस ने गौतम नवलखा, वरवरा राव, सुधा भारद्वाज, अरुण फरेरा और वरनोन गोंजालवेस को गिरफ्तार किया है.Supreme Court stays arrest of 5 activists, says dissent safety valve of any democracyThe supreme court wednesday came down heavily on the government crackdown on five human rights activists and stayed their arrests till 6 september.
