चीन की एक और साजिश का खुलासा हुआ है. वह भारत को नुकसान पहुंचाने के लिए ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी पर एक और बांध बनाने जा रहा है. ग्लोबल टाइम्स के मुताबिक चीन के 14वीं पंचवर्षीय योजना में बांध बनाने के लिए प्रस्ताव पास हो गया है. जो जानकारी सामने आई है उसके मुताबिक ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी के निचले हिस्से में चीन की तरफ से जल विद्युत परियोजना लांच करने का प्लान है. विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि इस योजना में सफल होने के बाद चीन जब चाहे भारत में बाढ़ और सूखा ला सकता है. देखें रिपोर्ट.

Chinese state media reported the country could build up to 60 GW of hydropower capacity on a section of the Brahmaputra, citing a senior executive. Yan Zhiyong, chairman of state-owned Power Construction Corporation of China, speaking at an industry conference, said plans to dam the river were a 'historic opportunity'.India would be concerned if the Chinese built a dam around a so-called 'great bend', where the Yarlung curves southward before entering India and where the river gains substantial volume of water, said Sayanangshu Modak, a researcher at the New-Delhi based Observer Research Foundation think-tank.
