कानपुर कांड में एक चौंकाने वाला फैसला सामने आया है. दरअसल जिस डीएम को पीड़ित परिवार प्रमिला दीक्षित और नेहा दीक्षित के मौत का जिम्मेदार बता रहा है, अब उसी डीएम ने मामले में जांच के आदेश दिए हैं. सवाल ये है कि अगर आरोपी ही पद पर बना रहेगा तो निष्पक्ष जांच कैसे होगी?
