अमेरिका: रिफाइनरी प्लांट में आग से हड़कंप

अमेरिका के टेक्सास प्रांत के एक रिफाइनरी प्लांट में भीषण आग लग गई. आग इतनी भयंकर थी कि आसमान में ऊंची-ऊंची लपेट उठाते हुए दिखाई दी.  एक्सॉनमोबिल रिफाइनरी प्लांट में लगी इस आग की वजह से पूरे इलाके में धुआं भी फैल गया. इस आगजनी के बाद पूरे प्लांट से कर्मचारियों को सुरक्षति बाहर निकाल लिया गया. इस आगजनी में अभी तक किसी के हताहत होने की ख़बर नहीं. आग कैसे लगी अभी पता नहीं चल पाया है. 

Fire broke out at an Exxon Mobil oil refinery in Texas on Wednesday, sending a large plume of smoke into the air, in the latest of a series of petrochemical industry blazes this year in the Houston area. The fire began around 11 a.m. at an Exxon Mobil facility in Baytown, about 25 miles (40 kilometers) east of Houston. The city of Baytown said the fire is in an area that contains polypropylene material and that Exxon Mobil has requested some nearby residents to shelter in place as a precaution. It was not immediately known if there were injuries.
