रूस और यूक्रेन के बीच जारी जंग के बीच अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति जो बाइडेन ने State of the Union Address में रूसी राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन पर बड़ा निशाना साधा है. एक तरफ उन्होंने पुतिन पर रूसी अर्थव्यवस्था को बर्बाद करने का आरोप लगा दिया है, वहीं दूसरी तरफ यूक्रेन के खिलाफ उसकी सैन्य कार्रवाई पर सवाल उठाए हैं. रूस पर तमाम तरह की पाबंदी लगाने से लेकर यूक्रेन की मदद करने के ऐलानों तक, राष्ट्रपति बाइडेन ने कई मुद्दों पर विस्तार से अपनी बात रखी है.
